I made my jewellery piece in silver because my aim was to see if I can make my jewellery in metal. As was preparing metal, I wasn't sure if my ideađź’ˇ is going to work. I was trying to make flying big but im using flying Beetle as a reference of my actual piece. I used marquis shape for the abdomen (which is part of bod that containing organs). I fly pressed my silver plate, in a marquis shape which looks like Zulu shield. I used a coffin nail shape to create hind wings and elytron( which is modified hardened forewing for the beetle to protect the hind wing. I was aiming to make my wing move on both sides. Below in the pictures, it's processes of my prototype.

| Fig3. In this picture, I was showing how my jewellery piece gonna look like. As was working on my piece I decided to some my hind wing and fold the elytron wings so that my beetle can look like it about to fly. I used a dot punch for texture but on an actual piece, I'll be adding colour and nail art crystal instead of using a dot punch. |
